Our Executive Partners and Board of Directors
The Board of Directors and elected Officers manage the business and affairs of TXCDR.
The Board is composed solely of representatives from the Executive Partners. Each Executive Partner is represented by a single Director who holds one vote on any matter addressed by the Board. Officers can be elected from any member of the Executive Partners.
